1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SportzTrakr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SportzTrakr is a mobile and web application that helps youth sports officials, players, and families manage game schedules, assignments, availability, live match tracking, and team communications.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
Upload malicious content or interfere with the Service's operation
Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without permission
Impersonate another person or entity

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create in the Service (schedules, notes, messages). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as needed to provide the Service.

6. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and requesting a verification code, you consent to receive a one-time SMS message from SportzTrakr containing a verification code. Message frequency: one message per verification request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. No marketing or promotional messages will be sent via SMS. 7. Push Notifications

You may opt in to receive push notifications about schedule changes, assignment updates, and other app activity. You can manage notification preferences in the app settings or through your device settings at any time.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may connect to third-party platforms (e.g., Arbiter, GotSport, REFSIX) to sync schedule data. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by SportzTrakr. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that schedule data will be 100% accurate.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportzTrakr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@sportztrakr.com.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
