SportzTrakr ("we," "our," or "us") is a mobile and web application designed for youth sports officials, players, and families. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our application and website at sportztrakr.com.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and optional phone number. If you sign up via Apple or Google, we receive your name and email from those providers.
You may provide additional information such as your role (referee, player, parent or guardian, coach), team affiliations, and sport preferences.
We store game schedules, assignments, availability, and related event data that you create or import into the app.
We collect standard analytics data including device type, operating system, app version, and usage patterns to improve the service.
We use your information to:
SportzTrakr sends SMS messages only for phone number verification (one-time passcodes / OTP). When you add your phone number in the app and click "Send Code," you will receive a single SMS containing a 6-digit verification code. No marketing, promotional, or recurring text messages are sent. Message frequency is limited to one SMS per verification request. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of future SMS messages, or reply HELP for assistance.
Mobile information (phone numbers and SMS opt-in data) is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of sending verification codes. No mobile opt-in data is sold, rented, or shared with any other party for any purpose.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@sportztrakr.com.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure password hashing, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
SportzTrakr is designed to be used by families, including parents or guardians managing accounts on behalf of minor children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. Parent or guardian accounts manage child profiles.
